After several evenings of listening, this amplifier has exceeded my expectations. Build quality is excellent, bias adjustment is straightforward, and operation has been completely stable. Once warmed up, the presentation is effortless with exceptional imaging, a deep soundstage, and a very natural sense of space around instruments and vocals.

I’m currently using it with Buchardt S400 MKII speakers and a Denafrips Pontus II DAC. Even with the stock small-signal tubes, the performance has been outstanding. The amplifier is remarkably quiet, bias has remained rock solid, and it has had no trouble controlling the speakers despite its modest rated power.

Communication with the seller was excellent throughout the purchase. The amplifier made the trip from China to Texas double-boxed inside a substantial wooden crate and arrived safely. Considering this thing weighs about as much as a small neutron star, the shipping and packaging deserve recognition.

I don’t normally believe in the supernatural, but after a few evenings with this amplifier I’m willing to concede that I may have briefly heard a choir of angels. The alternative explanation is that it’s simply one of the finest amplifiers I’ve ever listened to.
