The WAX Engine is a cost-effective entry-level analog playback system with simple adjustment.
The rotating bearing utilizes Well Tempered's proprietary technology: a circular central shaft rotates within a radial square-hole bearing made of Teflon, with the shaft in the radial square hole being pulled in the direction of the motor. This arrangement allows the central shaft to rotate within the zero-clearance bearing, with contact points concentrated at two points, resulting in zero clearance and high stability.
The DC motor uses a high-quality, low-noise, long-life DC motor and a matching DC-powered servo system.
The arm is constructed of aluminum alloy with cotton for vibration isolation and features a lightweight phono cartridge mount. The directional force balance is adjustable using three graduated levers and a counterweight behind the tonearm's axis.
The base is constructed of a "T"-shaped aluminum material with independent, shock-absorbing feet for height adjustment.

PM-11 - MM phono stage
The PM-11 MM phono stage uses JFETs and is designed in a single-ended tube circuit format, offering 150x amplification. This phono stage features standard RIAA equalization.
It can be powered by a compact external linear power supply (DC24V) or an optional lithium-ion battery-powered unit (BPS) with automatic charge management, ensuring even purer, more natural sound.
