X5pro MKII - Digital Music Player
The X5pro MKII is a digital streaming interface specifically designed for high-definition audio playback. It connects to a decoder via a USB 2.0 port and can be controlled using a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet, or a browser on a computer. It can play music files stored on local USB drives and NAS, as well as high-bitrate streaming via DLNA. The software has been specially optimized for ease of use. The X5pro MKII is designed to replace the computer host in traditional PC-HiFi setups.
Features:
1. Mobile devices, tablets, and computers can conveniently access the control interface using the unique OBO-specific "browser control interface" for easy playback control.
2. It supports all major audio formats and sampling rates, and incorporates the standard DLNA protocol, making streaming to mobile devices or computers easy. It also conveniently plays high-definition music files of various sampling rates stored on NAS.
3. It includes numerous built-in online radio stations, and users can add links to their favorites to enrich their listening experience. 4. Includes ROON Bridge for integration with ROON.
5. The analog output uses the ESS9038 DAC chip with RCA output. The X5 pro MKII also functions as a high-performance digital turntable. The USB 2.0 port allows for easy connection to other DACs.
6. The all-aluminum body is milled in one piece, effectively resisting vibration and interference for purer sound.
